Clean up is a breeze, I'm not sure if this is dishwasher safe, but I just wash by hand with no issues. This pack even came with the parchment sheets if you wanted to freeze the patties. The burgers came out of the mold fairly well with a little tap to release them as the burger press is nonstick. Once I remembered that I had parchment paper circles to use, I made 4 additional burgers. I used one parchment circle on top of the beef and one below. I found that I could reuse the parchment paper with good results.
